The staff at the Adelaide Pavilion are here to help you every step of the way and to make your day as enjoyable and stress free as possible.
Apart from the packages, we are also able to:
- Assist you with room selection, depending on your anticipated guest numbers
- Discuss suitable timing and planning for your day
- Answer your queries at any time
When your Reception draws close, we will:
- Send you forms including seating arrangement information, which allows our staff to usher your guests to their tables.
- Send you timing for the reception in accordance to your requirements.
- Place items such as place cards, bonbonniere and centerpieces onto the tables along with your gift and/or lolly table
